Randy Hillier Needs More Cash

Can teachers protect themselves let alone their students with all the plandemic theorists and anti-maskers running loose? What do you think we'll run out of first, medicines, field hospitals or enough doctors to man them? Majority of Canadians support wearing masks during COVID-19, oppose protests: poll. Nearly 90 per cent felt wearing a mask was a civic duty because it protects others from COVID-19.. (Could hospitals contain infectious airborne diseases if only even one nurse, doctor or other staff didn't wear a mask and washed their hands? 100% participation is required to protect frontline workers, teachers and their students and everyone in long term care..) https://www.surreynowleader.com/news/majority-of-canadians-support-wearing-masks-during-covid-19-oppose-protests-poll/ 2021: First Ontario COVID-19 field hospital open for patients in Burlington... Medical association says some protests ‘causing more harm than good.’ Ontario physicians are speaking up against public rallies where some people are protesting pandemic restrictions, lockdowns and the wearing of face masks. The Ontario Medical Association (OMA) issued a public statement on the weekend to say there is good evidence that wearing a mask is indeed an effective way to stop the spread of COVID-19 and save lives. The OMA further stated that In addition to spreading misinformation, the rallies have exceeded government guidelines on the size of outdoor gatherings and few of the participants have worn masks. “My mask protects you and your mask protects me,” said OMA president Dr. Samantha Hill. “The scientific evidence is clear. Wearing a mask is one of the easiest and most effective things every single one of us can and should do to reduce the risk of spreading and catching COVID-19.” The OMA statement also spoke out about the public backlash against masking and lockdowns. "Doctors working on the front lines of the pandemic are concerned about recent rallies by people claiming that pandemic lockdowns and restrictions are unlawful and causing more harm than good. This concern grew with news that more than 1,800 Ontarians tested positive for COVID for a second day (Nov. 28)," said the OMA statement. https://www.sudbury.com/local-news/ontario-doctors-comment-on-public-rallies-and-protests-against-lockdowns-3142451 https://www.garda.com/crisis24/news-alerts/413451/canada-activists-protesting-covid-19-restrictions-to-demonstrate-on-parliament-hill-ottawa-1200-dec-12 Bodies stored in refrigerated trailer after morgue in London, Ont., reaches capacity.. As the pandemic's deadly second wave continues, southwestern Ontario's largest morgue has reached capacity in recent days, forcing the London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) to bring in a refrigerated trailer to store bodies. This weekend, the forensic pathology unit for the London network of hospitals reached its 28-bed capacity and officials brought in a mobile unit to store bodies until the backlog can be dealt with. "New processes due to the pandemic have resulted in increases in the time needed for securing appropriate arrangements, and have necessitated additional interim body holding solutions," Glen Kearns, the hospital's chief information officer and integrated vice president of diagnostic services, said in a statement. "The use of an alternative body holding solution by LHSC is a temporary measure that has been implemented specifically to allow for continued support of the needs of our patients and their families, the regional coroner's office and Ontario's death investigation system," https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/london/bodies-stored-trailer-london-1.5861544 Global National: Jan. 9, 2021 | COVID-19 cases in Ontario students spike, online learning extended New provincial modelling data is set to be released by the Ontario government next week and is expected to show an alarming spike of COVID-19 cases in young people as the province extends the school break for students in southern Ontario. The province is reporting nearly a 120 per cent spike in COVID-19 cases in school-aged children. We are currently in a position to respond with urgency to the pressing need for hospital quarantine isolation rooms during the COVID-19 pandemic. Negative-pressure isolation rooms are required for quarantined patients with coronavirus to prevent droplets (from sneezing, coughing or exhalation) and contact transmission. Following the SARS outbreak in 2003 and now the COVID-19, the need for viral-disease containment spaces in hospitals and healthcare facilities is real. To minimize the spread of airborne infection, healthcare facilities have designed airborne infectious isolation (AII) rooms with negative-pressure differential and/or protective environment (PE) rooms with positive-pressure differential. https://www.mecart-cleanrooms.com/applications/isolations-rooms-for-hospitals-covid-19/ How to Protect Yourself & Others https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html https://www.who.int/influenza/resources/documents/guidelines_handling_specimens/en/ Schools have been closed to most students since Dec 18 and will remain closed until at least Jan. 25. However, schools are still reporting COVID-19 cases for students with special education needs who are attending in-person as well as cases in teachers and other staff who are working at schools in-person. Cases reported over the winter break are also still being posted. Durham District School Board officials note that their most recent cases are ones reported over the break. https://www.durhamregion.com/news-story/10305028-34-new-covid-19-cases-reported-in-durham-schools-over-the-past-week/ Quebec company making plant-based COVID-19 vaccine candidate here at home https://ottawa.ctvnews.ca/quebec-company-making-plant-based-covid-19-vaccine-candidate-here-at-home-1.5208573
