There are currently three proceedings against Miss Denham and three sets of conflicting information.
A criminal trial in which FCSLLG claims Miss Denham is a monster that endangered children and families that deserves to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
A disciplinary proceeding in the College of Social Work based on a complaint made by former director of service Kim Morrow that Miss Denham is a monster that endangered children and families that deserves to be punished by the college.

What makes the college complaint interesting is Kim Morrow was the service provider who made the complaint who felt no moral or ethical obligation to register with the College of social work herself while Miss Denham was actual the client.

Until a short time ago Miss Denham was included as a defendant in a class $75 million dollar action lawsuit against FCSLLG in which FCSLLG claims no one was harmed and the families involved don't deserve to be awarded any damages because they're just trying to cash in on the agency's misfortune...
Why is it taking so long for the alleged Ontario CAS hacker Kelley Denham to go to trial, wasn't Kelley Denham charged years ago? Oh that's right, the crown is still trying (hoping) to get Kelley to take a deal to plead guilty for a slap on the wrist nearly three years after the charges were first laid instead of accepting her not guilty plea and presenting his rock solid case to the judge..
